Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email sales@scentedpoetry.store with your order number and reason for the request.

Return & Exchange Fees

If your return is approved:

• A R150 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For approved exchanges:

• Only one exchange per order is permitted
• A R150 exchange fee will be added to your original order.
• The exchange will be processed once payment is received.

1. Why Are Fees Charged?
   Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover delivery or collection costs.
2. Refund Processing
   Once returned items are received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
• If additional banking details are required, we will contact you directly.
• If any issues arise during inspection, you will be notified before processing.

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that are used, damaged, missing components, or not in original condition. Unless due to our error, of course.
• Sale or discounted items.
