Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email sales@scentedpoetry.store with your order number and reason for the request.
Return & Exchange Fees
If your return is approved:
- A R150 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges:
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
- A R150 exchange fee will be added to your original order.
- The exchange will be processed once payment is received.
- Why Are Fees Charged?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover delivery or collection costs. - Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If additional banking details are required, we will contact you directly.
- If any issues arise during inspection, you will be notified before processing.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are used, damaged, missing components, or not in original condition. Unless due to our error, of course.
- Sale or discounted items.
